Shipping

After you place an order, I get an email notification then I will probably drop what I'm doing at the moment (within reason) to go fulfill your order. I can normally have your order at the post office the next day, if not the day after.

Orders within the lower 48 states can be expected within 3-5 business days via USPS Ground shipping

All others will be shipped with USPS Priority International or UPS and can be expected within 6 - 10 business days, depending on the country. It may take up to two weeks.

Note: The buyer is responsible for all VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling, fees, etc. required by the destination country.

Warranty and Returns

I’m confident you’ll love your new watch, but I also understand that sometimes minds change. If your watch is still in perfect, unused condition, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Please fill out the contact form and include the order number you received from your original order confirmation to begin the return process.

Warranty

I'm pleased to offer a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase that covers issues related to manufacturing-related defects. The following issues are covered by the warranty:

• Defects of the movement (i.e. running outside acceptable limits, not running at all, etc.)
• Defects from assembly (i.e. dials scuffs, scratches on hands, impinging hands, misalignment, etc.)

The following issues are not covered by the warranty:

• Case scratches and dents
• Crystal scratches, chips, or shattering
• Normal wear and tear
• Water damage from not screwing down the crown. All watches are pressure tested up to 6 bar (~60 m) and are not shipped if they don't pass this test. If your warranty claim involves water damage, the watch will be pressure tested once received. I reserve the right to deny the claim if the watch is found to be reasonably water resistant.

Note: Even if you are not the original buyer of the watch, I will still honor the 1 year warranty only if you can provide the original order number when you file the claim.
